North Idaho Post & Pole manufactures high-quality jump rails built for uniformity and consistency. Our jump rails are commonly used for stadium and cross country jumping, equestrian arenas, trail courses and training.

All jump rails are produced in-house using precision doweling equipment, allowing us to maintain quality control from raw log to finished product.

Our jump rails are manufactured on doweling equipment, creating a symmetrical profile from end to end. This consistency ensures clean application and a professional appearance across a wide range of applications.

Each rail is doweled to attain straightness, balance, and surface quality.

Sizes and Lengths

We offer jump rails in a variety of sizes to meet different project needs:

Diameters ranging from 3 ½” or 4”. We offer many different diameters. We would be happy to send you a price list.
Lengths typically available from 10’ to 12’, depending on diameter
Custom sizes available upon request

Wood Species

Our primary wood species for jump rails is Lodgepole Pine, selected for its strength, workability, and consistent grain.

Species availability depends on current supply and project requirements.

Untreated or Treated

Jump rails can be provided untreated or treated, depending on the intended use and exposure conditions.
